
Dame Sally Powell is a former British politician, who was a local councillor for the Labour Party and deputy leader of the Local Government Association’s Labour Group. Sally was married to Iain Coleman former Member of Parliament for Hammersnmith and Fulham, until his death in September 2025.

Stephen Burke worked alongside both Iain Coleman establishing the free home care model in Hammersmith and Fulham and Andy Burnham on the Personal Care at Home Act 2010. Currently CEO of Hallmark Foundation, Stephen is also co-founder and director of the pioneering social enterprise, United for All Ages.

Rebecca Eve Brocklebank is the author and coordinator of The Campaign for Free Home Care in Memory of Iain Coleman MP. Rebecca is a qualified employment & immigration lawyer, a freelance writer and editor, and the Vice Chair of Bristol East Constituency Labour Party.

Emma Wickham a broadcast, marketing and design professional manages our branding, marketing and comms. Emma is the chair of Torridge & Tavistock Constiuency Labour Party, the Women’s and Equalities officer for the South West Peninsula Cooperative Party Council and a family carer for her father who has dementia.

Colin Bastin is currently working with the Co-operative Party to establish a social care co-operative in Ealing. He brings his considerable experience project managing multi million pound initiatives from his background as a programme planner for the Metropolitan Police.

David Dewshi is a business consultant, primarily in financial services, specialising in process management, procurement, and third-party risks. He champions Free Home Care because of his voluntary work with the elderly and the care challenges his father faces.

Peter Nugent, a strategic consultant and advisor with over 20 years of experience delivering procurement, supply chain, ERP, and transformation solutions across both public and private sectors. Peter has worked across NHS Primary Care, rail, local government, automotive, aviation, maritime, textiles, and FMCG industries, leading major change initiatives.
